Business Development Executive
To qualify for the role you must have:
Experience: 3+ Years
Skills: Lead Generation, Email Marketing, Cold Calling
Qualifications: MBA / B.Tech /B.E.I.T/MCA/BCA
Your key responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in project management and/or sales
- Knowledge of productivity tools and software
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
Skills and attributes for success:
- Lead generation through Mass Mailing, Online marketing and cold calling
- Travel in and outside India for requirement analysis, demo and discussion with prospective clients
- Use an appropriate pitch to enter an account and identify the right contact in every account
- Understanding of Client Landscape, Client Organization
- Should be able to Prepare & conduct presentations, documents, BD tool kit, campaign material, mailers etc.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Lead generation through Mass Mailing, Online marketing and cold calling
- Providing suggestions in improvisation of website and other marketing collaterals
- Plan and budget to drive the business forward through key marketing channels
- Develop and execute plans to increase page views, unique visitors and time spent on website while striving to decrease the bounce rate
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website
- Conduct keyword and link research for targeted industry, competitors and relevant websites to spot new opportunities
- Share articles and blog posts on social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Quora, Reddit, etc.) relevant websites, blogs, etc.
