Your key responsibilities:
- Able to communicate with the project manager and client stakeholders and understand the requirement specifications
- Designing, developing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of the application
- Cooperating and communicating with other team members for efficient software project development and implementation
- Managing and providing technical support to project team as well as clients
- Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled milestones
- Able to setup dynamic environment
Skills and attributes for success:
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement modules such as Sales/Marketing/Customer Service/ Project Automation Service/Field Services and CRM Portal
- Experience with CRM 2013/2015/2016 would be a plus
- Experience in developing CRM customizations including plugins, JavaScript, workflows
- Knowledge in Azure technologies like API, Azure Functions is desirable
- Proficient in Dynamics 365 integration with other systems or modules of D365
- Work with team to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, form project plans, and communicate progress throughout the software development lifecycle
- Work with the technical team lead to review, analyze and define requirements for new development or enhancements to and maintenance of existing systems
- Experience with C# for plugin/workflow activity development, as well as JavaScript for Xrm (specific to CRM) development, using FetchXML
- Execute change management activities supporting production deployment to Developers
- Experience in Power Platform technologies like Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents
- Strong experience with jQuery/Javascript/.net development, CDS/DataVerse
- Experience with Angular / React would be a plus
