To qualify for the role you must have:
Experience: 5-9 Years
Skills: OOPs, PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, HTML 5, Laravel
Qualifications: B.E.I.T/B.E.C.E/ Msc.IT/MCA
Your key responsibilities:
- Development
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve Production issues
- Perform code reviews of your team members’ work
- Unit Testing
- Excellent Team player
- Client Communication
- Define, document, and enforce engineering standards
- Ensure existing applications are scaled to meet expected demand
- Documentation of Project and keep update as and when needed
Skills and attributes for success:
- Excellent fundamental knowledge of OOPs, PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, HTML 5, jQuery
- 2+ years of Experience in Laravel is required
- Good command over MySQL development with complex queries, DB schema design & Performance tuning
- Working in a collaborative team environment using tools like Mantis , JIRA, and Git.
- Experience of working with Agile methodology
- Long term experience of working on product-based organisation would be preferred
- Wider experience on all phases of SDLC for system developments
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- Experience in Azure/AWS will be added advantage
- Linux environment skills
- Experience of working on enterprise systems would be a plus
- Experience of working on Payroll / Finance domain would be a plus
- Must be a good team player as well as capable of working standalone with least supervision as per situation demands
- Optimizing performance and memory consumption
